Raw pu-erh or Sheng Pu ‘ er Tea
Pu-ehr or Pu er tea, is a variety of fermented / aged tea from Yunnan Province, China. It has strong earthy tones and a pungent aroma. This particular tea has a flat taste. It yields a dark infusion and can be steeped many times. Excellent after meals and is believed to be a fat burner. Remarkably smooth taste and good body.
Tea Notes:
Raw Puerh teas produced after 2006 have not yet been aged for a period of time that can produce a satisfactory level of taste and aroma.
