Traditionally Pu-ehr or Pu er  tea, is a variety of fermented tea from Yunnan Province,  China. It is a fermented / aged tea with strong, earthy tones and a remarkable sweetness despite its pungent scent. Pu-erh teas are fermented. This is a cooked or ripe Pu erh from the year 2005. It yields a dark red infusion and can be steeped many times. Excellent after meals and is believed to be a fat burner. Remarkably smooth taste and good body.
